Terms for use of the Easysoft PenTest portal and related assessment services.

Authorized Use

The portal and assessment services may be used only by authorized representatives of the tenant organization and Easysoft personnel for security assessment, remediation tracking, reporting, and related support.

No Unauthorized Testing

No scanning, testing, or assessment activity may begin until written authorization and scope have been confirmed. Users must not submit assets they do not own, operate, or have written authority to assess.

Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting credentials, MFA devices, downloaded reports, agent enrollment tokens, and tenant data. Lost credentials or suspected misuse should be reported promptly.

Service Limitations

Assessment results reflect the scope, permissions, vantage point, and time of testing. Findings support risk management and remediation; they are not a guarantee that all vulnerabilities or compliance gaps have been identified.

Confidentiality

Reports, evidence, tokens, configuration data, and portal records are confidential and should be shared only with authorized personnel and approved service providers.

These templates are provided for operational intake and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before use as a binding agreement.
