Tenant Access Recovery

Ask your service administrator to reset your tenant portal password or MFA from the tenant's Tenant Users page. After reset, sign in with the temporary password and the portal will guide you through authenticator setup and password change. Contributor accounts also complete a first-login consent acknowledgment for credential-risk validation, with redacted-only reporting and no storage of full plaintext passwords.
